Job summary

300 North Limited is seeking a Freelance Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical installation on a repurposed site in Coventry. The role is 9 months, with a daily rate of up to £500 when billed CIS or LTD. Start date is ASAP.

You will drive the project from design review through to handover, ensuring safety, quality and schedule alignment. The ideal candidate has robust experience in LV systems, contractor coordination and working within occupied environments, with a strong focus on

• Strong electrical project management background.
• Good knowledge of LV systems, distribution, lighting, containment and electrical upgrades.
• Experience working within occupied or live environments.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder-management skills.
• SMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Relevant electrical or building-services qualification.

300 North is recruiting an experienced Freelance Electrical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of electrical installation on a repurposed site. The site is 12 months in. All commercial work. They have the full MEP package and have sub contracted into several packages to labour only contractors.

This role requires someone who is strong at driving a job and delivering.

• Managing electrical projects through to handover
• Coordinating electrical subcontractors, consultants and supply-chain partners
• Managing project programmes, budgets, variations and commercial performance
