Job summary

MK Search is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead a major HS2 infrastructure package in Birmingham. The role focuses on delivering complex electrical works safely, on time and within budget, coordinating across engineering, construction, procurement and safety teams.

You will review drawings and RAMS, manage risk and change control, and provide regular progress updates to senior management. The project requires strong leadership in a challenging rail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical packages within rail or major infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering electrical works safely, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical project packages from planning and mobilisation through to completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, resources and delivery plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, commercial, procurement, planning and health & safety teams.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, quality and programme performance.
• Ensure all electrical works follow approved designs, specs and project procedures.
