Job summary

ECS Engineering Services Ltd, part of the NG Bailey Group, is seeking an experienced project leader to drive electrical project delivery. You will manage the full lifecycle from enquiry through handover to closeout, coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include delivering projects on time and within budget, leading client meetings, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical qualification essential.
• Experience delivering electrical projects and managing sites.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from enquiry to closeout.
• Plan labour, materials, subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule.
• Deliver projects safely and in line with SHEQ procedures.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client standards.
• Monitor cost, revenue, margin and commercial performance.
• Identify risks, variations and compensation events where applicable.
• Maintain accurate reporting on programme, cost and KPI updates.
• Lead client meetings and progress reviews.
• Maintain RAMS, permits and site documentation.
• Support problem solving and escalation during delivery.
