Job summary

Fusion People Ltd in Central London is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join the team on the Greenwich Royal Observatory project. You will deliver complex electrical building services from design development through testing and commissioning, coordinating with the Project Manager and Senior Engineer.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical building services, M&E or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems in complex buildings.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications and design information.
• Knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning processes.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination in multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review electrical design information and raise RFIs.
• Support electrical procurement packages, including technical reviews.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for approval.
• Monitor works against programme and flag delays.
• Support site installation ensuring quality and compliance.
• Assist with material take-offs and procurement planning.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Help with RAMS reviews and safety procedures.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and testing records.
