What You Will Bring:

* Level 3 City & Guilds qualification or a degree in a relevant field.
* Proven experience in electrical project engineering, with a solid understanding of industry standards, ideally within the Industrial domain (FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas)
* Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and inspire a high-performing team.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering quality results.
* A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
