Job summary

A leading MEP contractor in London is urgently seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Tier 1 or Tier 2 contracting and experience from precon through to project completion. Expertise in shell & core sectors or notable mixed-use developments is essential. Competitive projects valued between £20-£60m in South London offered.

• Must have worked on notable mixed use developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project delivery from precon to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors for effective installation.

Position Overview

Urgent requirement for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer or Electrical Project Engineer to work for a leading Tier 1 MEP contractor.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record working in the Tier 1 or Tier 2 Mechanical & Electrical contracting space or alternatively Main Contracting.
• Experience from precon through to installation, delivery and completion.
• Worked either in the shell & core arena or Pharma/Lifesciences or Data Centres or Commercial fit-out.
• Projects located in South London, typical MEP values range from £20-£60m.
• Residentially led candidates acceptable but must be on large notable mixed use developments.
