Job description

We're looking for an Electrical Engineer to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical on a major project in the Bicester area.

The role will be joining our MEP and Construction team at HMP Bullingdon where we are delivering a major custodial upgrade and new build project.

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

Contract: Permanent - Full Time.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Electrical Engineer at Kier Mechanical & Electrical you will be involved in:

1. Liaison between utility companies, consultants, and the construction team to ensure timely delivery/installation of all required incoming services.
2. Operation of the M & E risk register, updating on a regular basis.
3. Effective management of electrical supervision.
4. Report on progress up to the Operational Leads.

What are we looking for?

Do you have any of the following:

1. Prior experience as an Electrical Engineer either within Construction or Consultancy.
2. A strong understanding of Electrical design and implementation.
3. Ambition to work as part of a team in a Tier 1 environment.
4. NEC Contract experience would be ideal.
