You will lead the design and delivery of multiple electrical BSE projects, coordinate design activities, and manage programmes and resources while ensuring high technical standards for clients.

• Act as the primary electrical design contact for clients, consultants and internal project teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to Electrical Design Engineers, promoting professional development and best practice.
• Drive quality, innovation and continuous improvement across the electrical design function, ensuring efficient and sustainable design solutions.
