Production Operative / Trainee Electronics Technician - Permanent role - FULL TRAINING GIVEN

Location: TN8 6HL - Edenbridge

Working hours: 8am-4pm for training, then 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Basic £24,024, Year 1 OTE £27,000

Job Description:

We are seeking Trainee Assembly Operatives/Production Technicians for our Electronics assembly engineering teams at a new, state-of-the-art facility. Candidates should have a good eye for detail, dexterity, and adaptability to learn new skills. Full training will be provided.

The role involves:

• Using microscopes
• Interpreting electrical drawings and schematics

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and focus
• Good hand-eye coordination, capable of working with small components and wires
• Background in electrical wiring or assembly is advantageous but not essential
