Job summary

TLG Infrastructure Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical building services packages for commercial, aviation and data centre projects in the Slough area. The role covers planning, coordination, installation, testing and handover.

You will manage client and design teams, ensure safety, programme, budget and quality, and coordinate with subcontractors and QS team on variations and procurement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within an M&E contractor.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services installations.
• Experience managing substantial electrical packages and specialist subcontractors.
• Commercial fit-out, aviation or data centre project experience advantageous.
• Experience from planning to handover including commissioning.
• Understanding of electrical design coordination, submissions and RFIs.
• Experience managing programme, procurement and delivery.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of the sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of electrical packages across commercial, aviation and data centre projects.
• Lead Electrical Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors.
• Manage programmes, milestones and lookaheads.
• Coordinate design development, drawings and information.
• Handle technical submissions, RFIs and design queries.
• Oversee procurement of electrical equipment and long-lead items.
• Coordinate with mechanical, public health and other packages.
• Monitor progress, quality and commercial performance.
• Attend client, consultant and subcontractor meetings.
• Manage variations and change control with the QS team.
• Ensure installations comply with specifications and standards.
• Oversee QA, inspections and handover.
