What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the UK division: lead, shape, refine and grow it.
• Oversee electrical projects from concept to completion — design, procurement, installation, commissioning and everything in between.
• Set operational strategy that delivers performance targets, keeps budgets happy, and ensures projects land on time.
• Resolve issues with clients and subcontractors (ideally before they become "issues").
• Control departmental spend like a seasoned professional.
• Ensure safety compliance, produce RAMS, and champion best practice across the board.
