Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Operations & Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Cornwall. The role involves ensuring the performance, efficiency, and safety of renewable energy installations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on commercial PV systems
• Monitor system performance via online platforms, including weekend coverage
• Diagnose and respond to system faults proactively
• Provide technical feedback to improve site performance
• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience with commercial PV systems
• Methodical, accurate, and process-driven approach
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with IT systems and software
• Full UK driving license
• Willingness to travel across the UK, including evenings and weekends
