Job summary

HFL Building Solutions Limited in Cardiff is seeking a Multi Skilled Static Shift Engineer with an electrical bias for 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 4 off, 4 nights) at a commercial site. You will perform planned maintenance and reactive repairs, using handheld technology and maintaining excellent client relations.

You must have 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 electrical apprenticeship, and 3+ years facilities maintenance experience, with 5+ years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Must have 18th Edition.
• Must have NVQ level 3 electrical apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 3 years of Facilities Maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete paperwork.
• Carry out Reactive and emergency tasks and complete paperwork.
• Use handheld technology within allocated timescales.
• Supervise visiting subcontractors and ensure H&S compliance.
• Maintain customer relations with onsite clients at all times.
• Attend training and appraisal activities as required.
