Job summary

ThriveSW Limited in Bristol is seeking an electrically qualified Shift Engineer to maintain a brand new state-of-the-art site in Filton. You will join a team of four electricians and four mechanical engineers on a 4 on 4 off pattern, delivering day and night coverage.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on all electrical services, carry out ppm, statutory testing, and look after critical systems such as UPS, Generators and BMS controls.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 and AM2.
• 2391 testing and inspection desirable.
• Experience with critical systems such as UPS, generators and BMS controls.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance to electrical services on site.
• Carry out ppm and statutory compliance testing.
• Maintain critical systems including UPS, generators and BMS controls.

Job description

Electrical Shift Engineer Static Site in Filton 4 on 4 off Days and Nights £48-53k 25 days holiday

Are you a fully qualified Electrician working in the facilities / engineering maintenance sector and open to a working at a brand new state of the art site in the Filton area of Bristol.

As Maintenance Electrician you will work as part of a team of 4 electrician and 4 mechanical engineers on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern covering both day and nights shift to ensure 24hour coverage to this brand new site in Bristol.

Duties will be planned and reactive maintenance to all Electrical services on site from general ppm and statutory compliance testing, as well as maintaining the sites critical systems, UPS, Generators and BMS controls.

An understanding of the Mechanical side of the site would also be advantageous for PPMS to HVAC and Associated Plant within the building,

You will need to be a fully qualified electrician with NVQ level 3 and AM2, 2391 testing and inspection is desirable but not essential.

Previous experience of a large static site with critical systems would be advantageous although not essential.
