Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer – 38 - 42K – Midlands

I am currently representing a leading HVAC specialist who is seeking an electrical bias multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join their growing team within the Midlands division. The successful candidate will provide planned maintenance, servicing, and repair for a wide range of electrical, mechanical, and building services equipment.

The main area of coverage will be from Cambridge to Birmingham, working across various commercial sites. The company, with four UK offices and established in 2002, offers building performance assets, maintenance solutions, and capital projects throughout the UK. They primarily serve retail, hotel, leisure, and multi-tenanted office spaces.

The role involves providing PPM maintenance and breakdown support for electrical and mechanical units for various commercial clients, including:

• Electrical, mechanical & building services
• UPS Systems/Emergency Light Testing
• Pumps/Motors
• AHUs & HVAC Maintenance
• Plumbing & Facilities

This position is based on a 40-hour week. The ideal candidate should hold their 18th edition, City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent in electrical installations. Additional qualifications such as 2391, 2394/2395, AM2, FGAS, Plumbing, or dual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

In return, the client offers:
