Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer – 38-42K – Midlands

I am currently representing a leading HVAC specialist seeking an Electrical bias multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in the Midlands.

The successful candidate will perform planned maintenance, servicing, and repair on Electrical, Mechanical, and building services equipment. The coverage area includes locations from Cambridge to Birmingham, working across various commercial sites.

The company, established in 2002 with four UK offices, provides building performance assets, maintenance solutions, and capital projects across the UK. They primarily work with retail, hotel, leisure, and commercial multi-tenanted office spaces.

Responsibilities include:

• Electrical, mechanical & building services maintenance, servicing, and repairs
• UPS Systems/Emergency Light Testing
• Pumps and Motors
• AHUs & HVAC Maintenance
• Plumbing & Facilities

This role involves a 40-hour week. The ideal candidate will have an 18th edition certification, City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent in electrical installations. Additional qualifications such as 2391/2394/2395 testing, AM2, or dual skills like FGAS or Plumbing are advantageous but not mandatory.
