Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias for a manufacturing facility near Thetford, Norfolk. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance across production equipment, with planned, reactive and preventive tasks.

Initially on a Monday–Friday 3‑shift rota, this will transition to a 4 on 4 off pattern as the team grows. Offering £50,000–£55,000 plus overtime, training and progression opportunities, the company values staff development

Formación

• Multiskilled maintenance engineer with a manufacturing background.
• Engineering qualifications held.
• Willing to relocate or commutable to Crediton.

Responsabilidades

• Electrical & mechanical maintenance of production equipment.
• Planned, reactive and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 3 shifts, moving to 4 on 4 off soon.
