Premier Foods in Barnsley is seeking a Multi-skilled Engineer to operate on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern, covering days and nights. The role requires both electrical and mechanical skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and improvements on site.

Candidates should have ONC/HNC in Engineering or equivalent and previous manufacturing experience. The package includes a salary around £65,000 with benefits and a pension. Free parking and staff discounts are available.

Responsibilities

• Fault find, repair, maintain and improve cake manufacturing equipment.
• Carry out assigned or self-directed engineering tasks.

• Support and optimise maintenance activities to meet production plans.
