CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer for a prestigious event space in Kensington, London. The role covers PPMs, reactive maintenance, and statutory compliance to ensure smooth operation of high-profile estates. Shifts include days (07:00–19:00) and nights (19:00–07:00).

4 engineers needed for this critical site. The package offers £50,000 basic salary plus £5,000 shift allowance, total £55,000, with pension, healthcare, overtime, and training

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained and experienced in building services.
• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical (or equivalent).
• Must hold the 17th/18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations.
• DBS Clearance.
• Commercial building maintenance experience is a must.
• Familiarity with FCUs, AHUs and chillers.

Responsibilities

• Perform Electrical and Mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all systems comply with statutory requirements and operational standards.
• Carry out maintenance on HVAC plant, fire alarms, emergency lighting, water treatment, air conditioning, and chillers.
• Work with Building Management Systems (BMS) and electrical monitoring systems.
• Maintain pumps, motors, Variable Speed Drives, and other critical mechanical systems.
• Provide top-tier maintenance support within a high-profile corporate office environment.
• Collaborate with a small team to deliver exceptional service to the client.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineersto join a leading maintenance company in the heart of Kensington, London. This position involves working at a prestigious event space/building for a renowned property management company, ensuring the smooth running of high-profile estate. You will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs), reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.

Hours:

• Days: 07:00 AM – 19:00 PM
• Nights: 19:00 PM – 07:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Electrical and Mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all systems are in compliance with statutory requirements and operational standards.
• Carry out maintenance on key systems, including HVAC plant, fire alarms, emergency lighting, water treatment, air conditioning, and chillers.
• Work with three-phase and single-phase electrical systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and electrical monitoring systems.
• Maintain pumps, motors, Variable Speed Drives, and other critical mechanical systems.
• Provide top-tier maintenance support within a high-profile corporate office environment.
• Collaborate with a small team to deliver exceptional service to the client.

Requirements:
