Job summary

ABM is seeking an Electrically qualified tradesperson based on site at Eastgate Shopping Centre to maintain electrical and building services within a retail environment. You will work in a team, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and assist with installations as required by the Contract Manager.

On-site duties include fault finding, documentation updates, and adherence to QA and safety procedures. The role requires flexibility for occasional after-hours work and weekend cover on an

Qualifications

• City & Guilds/NVQ Building Services Engineering or Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent.
• Time served apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• > Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on building services equipment.
• > Close/update PPM tasks on the site CMMS.
• > Ensure QA, H&S procedures are followed.
• > Carry out small electrical installation work.
• > Support site and contract management.
