Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Manager to oversee all electrical aspects of a major residential project. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to make a significant impact from start to finish.

Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all electrical installation and commissioning activities for the residential project

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to ensure electrical work meets project timelines and specifications

• Review and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and technical drawings

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

• Manage subcontractors and in-house electrical teams

• Prepare reports, project updates, and documentation for stakeholders

• Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving during construction and testing phases

• Maintain a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainable solutions

Electrical Manager Qualifications:

• Black CSCS card

• SMSTS

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role on mid- to large-scale residential projects

• Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency in project management tools and construction software is a plus
