Job summary

SeAH Wind is hiring an Electrical Maintenance Technician for a day shift in a heavy engineering and manufacturing setting. You will maintain fixed and mobile plant, execute both planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance, and drive uptime and safety across monopile production.

Key duties include fault finding, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with external contractors while maintaining records and supporting TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completed a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship.
• Experience delivering maintenance solutions in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety requirements.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive approach to maintenance.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Carry out maintenance in line with SOPs to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Assist with fault finding, troubleshooting and repair across production and facility equipment.
• Support maintenance reliability and uptime improvements.
• Work with external contractors to deliver projects safely and on schedule.
• Maintain maintenance records and equipment history files.
• Monitor spare parts usage and assist inventory control.
• Support TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Undertake training to enhance maintenance capability.
• Test electrical systems to ensure safe operation and compliance.
