Position: Electrical Maintenance Technician

Role

The safe and efficient maintenance of the electrical and instrumentation systems on site, including preventative and corrective works. The technician will follow directions from both Maintenance and Production teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all assets and locations on site, adhering to all safety, quality, and environmental standards established by the company.

Key Skills & Experience

1. Apprenticeship trained or relevant level of experience
2. Formal qualification or working towards Level 3 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
3. Excellent communication and analytical skills
4. Dynamic and proactive approach
5. Sufficient technical knowledge of operating principles and safety requirements
6. Experienced team player, self-motivated
7. Ability to complete detailed reporting using CMMS (Maximo)
8. Desirable: experience in the paper industry
