Job summary

TCS Contracts is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a professional maintenance team in Rugby. You will oversee electrical maintenance across the site, ensuring safe, efficient and high-standard completion of planned and reactive works.

You will manage PPM schedules, respond to reactive maintenance, and support the wider engineering team to maintain reliable site operations. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical maintenance on site.
• Strong background in PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Ability to supervise engineers and contractors and coordinate activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities.
• Maintain and oversee PPM schedules and timely planned works.
• Lead reactive maintenance responses and breakdown resolution.
• Oversee maintenance teams and contractors to ensure safety and compliance.
• Ensure electrical systems meet required standards and regulations.
• Carry out fault finding and routine maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement and preventative maintenance initiatives.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call rota as required.
