Applicants should have recognised electrical qualifications, knowledge of BS 7671 and CAFM systems, and be prepared to travel to regional campuses as required. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance contractors.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance, reactive works, and statutory inspections.
• Review risk assessments, permits to work, and audit workmanship quality.
• Provide technical guidance on electrical systems and fault finding.
• Support continuous improvement within Estates and Infrastructure Services.
