About the Role:

As the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the Area Manager by overseeing key engineering activities across the site. Your responsibilities include driving health and safety standards, fostering communication between technical teams, supporting marketing initiatives, and managing financial control within your scope.

Your leadership will be essential in building and maintaining a skilled, motivated, and collaborative engineering team while upholding the site’s technical values and operational priorities. You will be recognized as a primary technical resource, managing planned and unplanned engineering situations with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage health & safety activities within your area.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Technical Services and Operations teams.
• Support marketing efforts within your area of influence.
• Monitor and control financial performance related to your scope.
• Develop and mentor a technically strong and committed team.
• Champion core Technical Services values and ensure alignment with site priorities.
• Act as a trusted technical resource in managing operational challenges and events.
• Ensure compliance with all technical and safety requirements.
• Assist in planning and delivering annual engineering objectives and KPIs.
