Permanent Opportunity - Maintenance Supervisor - Portsmouth - Up to £44,500

Are you a Maintenance or Building Services Supervisor with experience managing Multi Skilled Engineers in the FM/Building Services sector? If you are interested in joining a market-leading Global FM service provider, then please read about this great new permanent opportunity in Portsmouth.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with flexibility required to cover shift engineers on occasion.

Your role

You will work across a large estate in Portsmouth on a Healthcare contract, leading a team of maintenance engineers covering building services maintenance. You will ensure a compliant and effective service is delivered at all times.

About you

• An Electrical engineering qualification - Level 3 or higher
• Experience supervising multi-skilled hard services maintenance engineers
• Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance schedules
• Experience within the FM sector is required

You may have experience as - Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Team Leader, Lead Engineer, or Assistant Maintenance Manager.
