Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Temporary Electrical Maintenance Engineer to service a high-spec commercial office building in Central London. You will perform routine maintenance across electrical systems, respond to call-outs, and manage fault finding on lighting, emergency lighting, and distribution boards.

The role covers checks on UPS, backup generators, AHUs and pumps, plus on-site coordination with subcontractors. Excellent corporate presentation is essential for this environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance electrician in high-end commercial offices.
• Practical fault-finding across single and three‑phase electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and professional presentation for corporate environments.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine planned maintenance (PPMs) across electrical systems.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and tenant call-outs promptly.
• Fault finding, servicing, and repair on lighting controls, emergency lighting, distribution boards, and small power systems.
• Assist with checks on critical plant including UPS, backup generators, AHUs and pumps.
• Oversee and liaise with specialist sub-contractors on-site.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders and compliance records.
