Qualifications

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2/3 (Required).
• 17th/18th Edition (Required).
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Client facing role requiring on-site communication.

Responsabilités

• Lighting: small installations, fault-finding and lamping.
• Emergency lighting tests and maintenance.
• Control panels and BMS monitoring for thermal comfort.
• Maintain and update log books for equipment.
• Plumbing tasks and general building fabric upkeep.
