Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Reactive Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) for Minehead. You will carry out reactive and planned maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant, respond to site emergencies, and work to client SLA.

You will liaise with subcontractors, maintain logs, and support safe, compliant site operations. The role requires recognized electrical qualifications, including 18th Edition and test and inspection certification, strong English communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Must have recognized electrical qualification.
• C&G 18th Edition in Electrical Installations.
• C&G Test and Inspection.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive repairs on electrical and mechanical systems to meet SLA.
• Carry out site tasks and coordinate with sub-contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate site logs and documentation.
• Assist in planned preventative maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with CBRE and client policies.
