The role offers clear progression toward HVAP, supporting your development within a professional FM environment. You’ll work on site with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and timely fault resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience maintaining electrical systems in commercial/industrial/FM environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills are essential.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems and regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults safely and efficiently.
• Complete PPMs in line with maintenance schedules.
• Ensure electrical systems comply with current legislation and standards.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with wider engineering and FM teams.
• Adhere to health & safety procedures in all works.
• Support electrical projects and seek opportunities to progress toward HVAP.
