Kersia UK is seeking a dedicated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Rochdale. This role is crucial in maintaining our biosecurity systems to ensure food safety. Responsibilities include planned maintenance, troubleshooting of electrical equipment, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Full electrical qualifications and experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or chemical process environment preferred.
• Must know wiring standards and read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
• Fault find and troubleshoot electrical equipment.
• Become the electrical duty holder on site.

Skills

Fully qualified, time served electrician

Experience in manufacturing or chemical process

Fault finding on 3 phase & single-phase control circuits

Knowledge of wiring standards

Good level of IT skills

Education

Qualified to the 18th Edition of BS7671

City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Test
