Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited has an opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) in Abergavenny. You will maintain a range of bespoke machinery, with a £43k–£48k salary, plus overtime and a company bonus, on a double-days shift pattern.

You will work on 3-phase motors, drives, PLC controls and hydraulic systems within a large industrial site. Overtime is paid at 1.5x, with specific training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance and fault finding.
• Electrical maintenance across industrial machinery.
• Willingness to learn and train on site courses.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Work on 3-phase motors, drives, sensors and PLC fault finding.
• Further training provided through specific courses if needed.
