Wienerberger UK & Ireland seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Maintenance Electrician) for its Warnham site near Horsham. You will work hands‑on in our inhouse team to keep plant equipment running, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault finding to ensure reliable production.
You will program PLCs, use diverse testing tools, and support Lean practices while adhering to safety and quality standards.
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (known internally as a Maintenance Electrician) at our Warnham site, you will be part of our hands on inhouse team who keep the plant running by ensuring the equipment runs smoothly.
From troubleshooting to planned preventive maintenance (PPM), you will be hands‑on with specialist machinery, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. It's a dynamic role where problem‑solving skills and technical expertise are used daily, and you will be a key player contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our production processes.

This position is based at our Warnhamsite, which is near to Horsham, andKingsfold, easily commutable from Crawley, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, and Worthing.
Due to the site location, it is accessible by personal vehicles only. Free parking is available.
Hours of Work: 6.00am to 6.00pm on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
You will be an electrically biased engineer with experience of working in a manufacturing / factory environment, with a minimum level 3 qualification in an Electrical Engineering discipline.
Safety is our biggest priority, so you’ll be committed to safe working and have strong experience of health and safety best practice.
You’ll enjoy working in a busy environment where you can roll your sleeves up and get hands‑on, and being flexible and able to adapt to the different daily priorities will enable the factory to continue to run efficiently.
As this role is sometimes physically demanding, you’ll be fit enough to perform your various duties.
