Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a high-end residential building near Elephant & Castle, London. You will carry out multi-skilled maintenance and report directly to the Site Supervisor, ensuring readiness for audits and client meetings.

The role offers a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri), 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and no call-out duties, with opportunities for progression within a leading facilities provider.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications – Level 2 & 3 – NVQ or City & Guilds Equivalent.
• 17th/18th Edition and proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Client facing and presentable with a reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Site Supervisor and manage KPI/SLA with Contract Manager.
• Arrange specialist sub-contractors and oversee site logs and audits.
• Perform lighting, emergency lighting, and fire alarm tests; maintain BMS systems.
• On-site management of an apprentice; oversee paperwork and client meetings.
