Job summary

SF Partners in Stourbridge is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining, fault finding and improving manufacturing plant and equipment.

The successful candidate will work as part of the engineering team to maximise plant reliability, minimise downtime and support continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation. You will be part of a busy engineering team, with responsibilities spanning PPMe

Qualifications

Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
17th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Strong fault-finding and reading electrical drawings.
Experience with three-phase systems and PLC/Ladder logic.
Experience maintaining industrial machinery.
Proactive with PPM and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Carry out electrical fault finding, diagnosis and repair on manufacturing machinery.
Complete planned and reactive maintenance activities (PPM/RC).
Read and interpret electrical drawings and PLC/Ladder diagrams.
Maintain motors, switches, wiring and other equipment.
Identify root causes of recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
Support electrical installation and improvement projects across site.
Supervise contractors where required and review RAMS.
