Job summary

Pro-Resourcing Ltd is recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) with a strong focus on reliability and safety. The role is based in the UK and offers a competitive salary with a 4 on 4 off rota. You will maintain equipment, perform PPMs, and work on projects to improve efficiency.

The successful candidate will have electrical bias, PLC/drive knowledge, and strong organizational skills, with experience in a manufacturing setting and CMMS usage being beneficial.

Qualifications

• Electrical bias with sound mechanical knowledge.
• Working knowledge of PLCs and Drives.
• Root cause approach to fault finding and rectification.
• Excellent organizational capability and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety in a manufacturing environment.
• Good decision making and team player.
• Experience using a CMMS (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to ensure effective maintenance and achieve maximum machine availability.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Keep records and update key engineering data to remain audit ready.
• Engage with and promote a strong Health and Safety Culture.
• Lead or participate in various projects to improve business efficiency.
