Job summary

Integral UK LTD is hiring a Static Maintenance Engineer for Vodafone's Newbury facility. You will deliver reactive and planned electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to ensure minimal downtime and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires HV/LV electrical work, BMS support, and on-call availability. A solid background in corporate facilities maintenance and relevant electrical qualifications are essential, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification with relevant installation experience.
• Certifications in testing and inspection (2391/2394/2395) and wiring regulations (18th edition).
• Mobile elevated work platform (IPAF) and PASMA certifications are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems in corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reactive maintenance and repairs across the Vodafone Newbury facility.
• Execute planned preventative maintenance including safety and testing tasks.
• Perform electrical maintenance: fault diagnosis, lighting, controls, and BMS support.
• Carry out basic mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and fabric tasks as needed.
• Update and close CAFM work orders; maintain accurate site log books.
• Produce technical reports and ensure documentation/certification compliance.
• Develop method statements and risk assessments before tasks.
• Provide 24/7 emergency response coverage as required by SLA.
• Collaborate with trades to deliver integrated facilities maintenance.
