Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a unique Essex site in Loughton. The role is permanent with a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, and a 1 in 6 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• HV/LV Authorised Person – Electrical and/or Mechanical

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance tasks via IWMS, updating records.
• Diagnose and resolve engineering faults to maintain safe operations with minimal downtime.
• Carry out routine maintenance and statutory testing across HVAC, electrical, public health, fire safety and life safety systems.
