Essential Functions

Working on rotating morning and afternoon shifts, this role provides electrical maintenance support to ensure safe and efficient machinery and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance tasks to ensure continuous productivity and meet customer requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure operational equipment.
• Attend to machine breakdowns, fault find, and repair.
• Modify plant and equipment as needed.
• Conduct electrical testing and complete documentation.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the plant and workshop.
• Develop maintenance procedures to minimize downtime.
• Use Howmet Business Systems methodology for continuous improvement.
• Flexibility in duties and shifts.

Company Responsibilities

Maintain compliance with Howmet policies and conduct activities per the Code of Conduct. Demonstrate knowledge of and commitment to Howmet Business Systems principles. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Background

Minimum 5 years electrical maintenance experience in relevant industries, with knowledge in:

• Forging presses, fastener machinery, heading, or rolling.
• Computerized CNC machinery.
• PLC controls including Siemens S7, Allen Bradley, Beckhoff.
• Electronics.
