Job summary

Adept Resourcing is recruiting for a time-served Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established industrial manufacturer in Sheffield. You will report to the Head of Engineering and be part of a close-knit team responsible for keeping heavy plant and production equipment operating at their best.

You will enjoy fault finding, PPM and tackling varied electrical challenges in a Monday-Friday, days-only pattern.

Qualifications

• Time-served electrical engineer with experience in manufacturing, heavy industry or recycling.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs.
• Diagnose electrical faults and return equipment to service quickly and safely.
• Work on a variety of heavy industrial machinery.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to keep operations running efficiently.

We're recruiting for a time-served Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established industrial manufacturer in Sheffield. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you'll become part of a close-knit engineering team responsible for keeping a wide range of heavy plant and production equipment operating at its best.

If you enjoy fault finding, PPM and getting stuck into varied electrical challenges, this could be the ideal opportunity.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs.
• Diagnosing electrical faults and returning equipment to service quickly and safely.
• Working on a variety of heavy industrial machinery.
• Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Working closely with production and engineering colleagues to keep operations running efficiently.
