Job summary

Adept Resourcing is seeking a time-served Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Sheffield for a permanent daytime role. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on heavy industrial equipment, diagnosing faults and maintaining production line uptime.

Join a close-knit engineering team, reporting to the Head of Engineering, and help improve reliability while reducing downtime in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Time-served electrical engineer with manufacturing, heavy industry or recycling experience.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs.
• Diagnosing electrical faults and returning equipment to service quickly and safely.
• Working on a variety of heavy industrial machinery.
• Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Working closely with production and engineering colleagues to keep operations running efficiently.

Are you a skilled ElectricalMaintenance Engineer looking to leave shift work behind and join a business where your expertise is genuinely valued?

We're recruiting for a time-served Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established industrial manufacturer in Sheffield. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you'll become part of a close-knit engineering team responsible for keeping a wide range of heavy plant and production equipment operating at its best.

If you enjoy fault finding, PPM and getting stuck into varied electrical challenges, this could be the ideal opportunity.
