Job description

Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Corby Northampton

Shift: Monday to Friday (earlies, lates, and nights)

Salary: Up to GBP49,000 Per annum

Role Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining electrical production equipment. Key duties include troubleshooting and repairing equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, installing new equipment, managing documentation and parts, supporting process optimization, and maintaining a clean work area. Additional responsibilities may include managing orders, reviewing documents, and inspecting parts. The role requires proficiency in electrical systems and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • City and Guilds or ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Competent in fault finding and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to manage small improvement projects independently and contribute to larger projects.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing faults and breakdowns onsite.
