Job summary

Technical Resource Solutions Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Hartlepool to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The role offers £45,000-£49,000 plus overtime (£60k OTE), a strong pension, and a quarterly bonus.

You will maintain processing machinery, troubleshoot faults, and work a 4 on 4 off pattern in a world-leading engineering environment. The ideal candidate has factorymaintenance experience, NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance, and solid 3-phase fault-finding

Qualifications

• Factory maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance or equivalent.
• Proven 3-phase fault finding ability and knowledge of electrical testing.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance of processing machinery and ancillary equipment.
• Repairs and responding to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Electrical fault finding and testing on electrical systems and controls.
• Operate on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Duties

• Planned and reactive maintenance of processing machinery and ancillary equipment
• Repairs and responding to breakdowns
• Electrical fault finding and testing
• 4 on 4 off shift pattern

Experience

• Electrical maintenance engineer from a factory environment (backgrounds from Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction or similar)
• Time served apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance or similar)
• 3 phase electrical fault finding ability
• Experience with ac/dc motors, drives, inverters and PLC's
