Qualifications

Lineage Logistics the world's largest provider of temperature-controlled logistics. We are a global company with more than 22,000 employees across the world.

We store, prepare and move food-based products for a variety of customers from major retailers to schools, hospitals and restaurants.

We are seeking an Electrical / Maintenance Engineer to help provide reactive and preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment at our Bristol Portbury depot.

Shift Available: Monday - Friday on a rotating shift pattern of

  • 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

(You will also be required to be on-call for 1 in 3 weekends which includes an on-call payment.)

Salary: Competitive starting salary.

The role

In this role you will:

  • Resolve breakdowns, reduce downtime, and improve reliability of electrical and mechanical equipment.

  • Support the maintenance and wider team in working together to solve problems to keep our facility moving.

  • You will do some of this work in a cold environment - approximately minus 18 Celsius - just like working in the freezer; but we provide full PPE to keep you warm.

  • At times work on ladders at height.

  • Due to the location of our facility you will need to have your own reliable transport to commute to - Garanor Way, Portbury, Bristol BS20 7XE
