Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Market Place, Bolton

Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 0700-1530

Role Overview and Responsibilities

To provide facilities management services support. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Day-to-day operational interaction with the client
• Support of Health & Safety in relation to the FM function
• Liaison with other site-specific technical team members
• Supervision of third-party resources
• Execution of PPM and Reactive maintenance across all disciplines

Additional responsibilities:

• Execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks in line with contract scope and specifications
• Execution of minor project works on site
• Supporting procurement requirements for areas of work
• Maintaining all company-issued equipment in a clean, serviceable, and presentable manner
• Completing all IT system requirements accurately and timely
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and legibly
• Maintaining a professional appearance and good relationships with clients and staff
• Supporting Contract Manager and Administrators through effective communication

Required Skills and Experience

• Level 3 electrically qualified
• Experience in a similar maintenance role
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize workloads
• Recognized qualification in Testing and Inspection
