Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Improver

Location: Chiswick Park, West London. Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum.

We are seeking a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Improver with proven experience in commercial/property building maintenance. The role involves carrying out M&E planned and reactive maintenance covering all Landlord services in a commercial building.

Working with the onsite maintenance team, candidates should have hands-on experience with:

  • Emergency lighting
  • Electrical fault finding and remedial works
  • HVAC maintenance
  • Air conditioning systems including Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units
  • Chillers re-setting
  • Water treatment (temperature checks, not dosing)
  • Plumbing including unblocking toilets
  • BMS system monitoring
  • UPS systems monitoring
  • General building fabric maintenance

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, split shifts, 40 hours/week. Week 1: 07:00-16:00, Week 2: 09:00-18:00.

Requirements:

  • Electrical trade certificates (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2)
  • 17th / 18th Edition wiring regulations
  • Proven track record in commercial/property maintenance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to work on a large site
  • Honest, hardworking, reliable

Package:

  • Salary up to £38,000
  • Overtime available
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Company pension
