Job summary

NETA Training (part of Education Training Collective) invites applications for an Electrical Lecturer to join the Engineering Team at Teesside. You will coordinate course delivery, prepare materials, and monitor student achievement with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.

The ideal candidate is a time-served engineer with strong organisation, IT and problem-solving skills, and holds at least Level 3 in a relevant qualification.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Lecturer to join our NETA and Redcar and Cleveland Engineering Team reporting to our Curriculum Manager.

As an Electrical Lecturer with NETA Training, you will be responsible for coordinating the course delivery, training materials, student retention, achievement and success rates whilst working with the wider team to make sure that teaching, learning and assessment is consistent and of high quality.

The ideal candidate will be a time-served engineer with excellent organisation, IT and problem-solving skills. We welcome applicants with a ‘can do’ attitude who are willing to learn and develop.
