Job summary

Parkinson Gray Associates is partnering with a leading international engineering consultancy to recruit an Electrical Lead in Manchester or Leeds. The role offers hybrid working and a clear path to Associate/Associate Director/Director levels, with strategic responsibility for the electrical discipline across the North.

You will lead technical delivery, mentor a growing team, and build strong client relationships while contributing to bid opportunities and overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Electrical Building Services projects in a consultancy environment.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers within a growing team.
• Strong client relationship skills and track record in business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical discipline across a portfolio of Building Services projects.
• Provide technical leadership from concept through to completion.
• Mentor and develop an established electrical engineering team.
• Collaborate with UK and international design teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and support work-winning activities.
• Ensure projects meet programme, budget and technical standards.
• Support strategic growth of the regional MEP business.
