Electrical Lead Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day site operations
• Oversee subcontractor activities, track progress, staffing, and hold weekly meetings
• Attend site meetings, project reviews, engineering reviews, planning, and handover meetings
• Contribute to and review weekly progress reports, highlighting delays, design issues, and third-party delays
• Record weekly safety statistics and labor projections
• Conduct weekly commercial meetings to capture variations and costs
• Develop and implement procedures with package managers

Electrical Lead Requirements:
